Job Description
Limelite Entertainment & Marketing Solutions is currently looking for a dedicated HR Manager for our Karachi office. The successful candidate will possess exceptional English communication skills and have 2-3 years of HR experience.
The key responsibilities for this role include managing employee records, overseeing the recruitment process, addressing employee grievances, conducting performance evaluations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, assisting with payroll processes, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
Salary for this position ranges from Rs50,00.00 to Rs70,00.00 per month.
