Job Description
Kingdom Trip is seeking a highly skilled Remote Real Estate Assistant with a strong background in the U.S. real estate market. The successful candidate will be proficient in cold calling, lead generation, and supporting property acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform outbound cold calls to property sellers.
- Engage with leads and conduct follow-ups to maintain seller interest.
- Support negotiations for property pricing.
- Ensure accurate data entry in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in U.S. real estate.
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-call volumes comfortably.
