Job Description
We invite you to join our team as a Front Desk Officer at PEOPLE PVT LTD! In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for warmly welcoming and assisting them. You will manage all incoming and outgoing mail, provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors, address inquiries and complaints, maintain accounts for community charges, and ensure compliance with community regulations while coordinating office activities efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience: Candidates should possess a degree and have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and familiarity with QuickBooks are required.
