Key responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, converting leads into sales, and delivering outstanding customer service. Applicants should have 1 to 2 years of experience in international travel sales, proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo), and excellent English communication skills.
