Job Description
Rapid Healing Medical Services (RHMS) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Behavioral Therapist to enhance our mental health team. The ideal candidate will possess experience working with children and adolescents who encounter emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations.
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with parents and educators to develop effective treatment plans.
- Provide support for children with ADHD, autism, and learning difficulties.
- Maintain professional and accurate patient records.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Clinical or Child Psychology (required).
- 2–5 years of experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of empathy.
