Job Description

Shapes Pvt. Ltd. is currently on the lookout for a meticulous and organized Housekeeping Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This full-time position involves supervising and coordinating the daily activities of our housekeeping staff to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

Your key responsibilities will include inspecting guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities, training new staff on established procedures, managing inventory, scheduling shifts, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring adherence to health regulations. You will also be responsible for promptly reporting maintenance concerns and overseeing cleaning services for both solar panels and deep cleaning as necessary.

The compensation for this role ranges between Rs50,00.00 and Rs55,00.00 per month, with in-person work required.
