Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled HR Officer for a reputable 25-bed hospital situated near Gulshan Ravi, Lahore. The ideal candidate must possess an MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification. Proven experience in recruitment for diverse hospital roles—including doctors, nursing staff, lab technicians, pharmacists, and housekeeping personnel—is essential.
Applicants should demonstrate proficiency in shift management and staff attendance tracking. Additionally, experience as a Primary Healthcare (PHC) focal person, including participation in MSDS meetings and portal updates, will be considered an advantage.
