Job Description
Secure Logistics Group (Pvt) Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated full-time Human Resources Officer to join our team on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR policies, enhancing employee relations, creating job descriptions, and executing a variety of HR management functions.
Key qualifications include:
- Deep expertise in HR policies and management
- Proven experience in fostering employee relations
- Strong skills in developing job descriptions
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an advantage
