Job Description
ASK Development Limited, a distinguished telecom company, is seeking qualified Banking Helpline Agents to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls promptly, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Address customer inquiries by delivering accurate information and effective solutions.
- Process customer orders and payments seamlessly.
- Manage and update customer accounts with pertinent information.
Salary: Rs37,00 – Rs55,00 per month (including performance-based incentives).
Requirements: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, along with at least 6 months of experience in the banking sector preferred. Location: Karachi.
