Job Description
Hot N Spicy is on the lookout for a committed Feedback Supervisor to oversee customer feedback through call monitoring and reporting. This role entails assessing recorded customer calls to ensure service excellence, recognize recurring issues, and facilitate performance enhancements across all branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess recorded customer calls.
- Identify service deficiencies based on feedback.
- Maintain detailed logs of issues and suggestions.
- Collaborate with departments for swift resolutions.
- Generate comprehensive feedback trend reports.
- Provide constructive feedback for training and service improvement.
Requirements: A Matric or Intermediate qualification is essential, along with preferred experience in call monitoring or customer service, strong analytical capabilities, and proficiency in MS Excel.
