Job Description
Niagara Textile Mills (Pvt) Ltd. is currently looking for a committed Senior Front Desk Officer to oversee our front desk operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering timely and courteous service to guests while supervising and training the front desk team.
Key duties include managing room assignments, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance staff, and professionally addressing guest inquiries and requests.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management along with relevant industry experience. This is a full-time position that necessitates onsite work.
