Job Description
Experts Communication is excited to invite applications for the position of Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in call center or customer service roles and demonstrate outstanding communication, problem-solving, and sales skills.
Salary: 35,00 – 50,00 PKR (commensurate with experience)
Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Key Responsibilities: Professionally handle inbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, achieve sales targets, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: At least 1 year of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to work night shifts. We also encourage freshers with strong English communication abilities to apply!
