Job Description

Location: Port Qasim, Karachi
Position: HR Officer
Experience: 2–4 Years (Preferred in Industrial/Manufacturing/Packaging Sector)
Education: BBA/MBA in HRM or Equivalent
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (4 hours overtime daily, unpaid)
Point of Pick-Up: Malir, Korangi
Immediate Joiner: Required
Gender: Male Only
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily HR operations at the Port Qasim site.
- Maintain records of attendance, leave, and overtime.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor regulations.
- Coordinate payroll processing with the head office.
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month
