Job Description
My Tutor Source (MTS) is seeking a dedicated and skilled Academic Trainer & Interview Coordinator to enhance our team located in DHA Phase 1, Lahore. The ideal candidate will maintain tutor quality through structured interviews, evaluations, and comprehensive training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and approve audio samples provided by tutors.
- Conduct technical interviews to evaluate candidates’ expertise.
- Design and deliver training sessions for online teaching methodologies.
- Organize mock teaching sessions for quality assurance.
- Offer onboarding and mentoring support to new tutors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in academic training or tutor development.
- Exceptional spoken and written English language skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and mentoring skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs60,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
