Job Description
We are excited to invite applications for the position of Customer Service Officer at 365 Care Group. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gulberg 3, Lahore, with a working schedule of 48 hours per week following the UK/Ireland calendar. The position involves rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through chat and phone.
- Provide assistance to customers during inbound and outbound calls.
- Stay updated on service knowledge to resolve issues effectively.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Experience in customer service or call center preferred.
- Proficient in computer operations.
Compensation: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month.
