Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to provide timely technical assistance to staff and maintain reliable IT operations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting installations and upgrades, monitoring and maintaining network systems, and documenting resolutions.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of IT environments, and excellent written and verbal communication to collaborate with multiple departments. A customer-focused approach and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting are essential. Previous experience in a similar support role and relevant certifications are preferred.
