Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Executive to join our finance team. The successful candidate will manage incoming payments, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.
- Responsibilities: process and reconcile receipts, monitor accounts aging, follow up on overdue accounts, and prepare regular reconciliation and status reports.
- Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent), 2+ years of AR experience, proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP), strong analytical skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.
