Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, in‑person B2B Sales Agent to recruit U.S. carriers, owner‑operators, new MCs, and small fleets for our dispatch and factoring services. Duties include prospecting and outreach via calls, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn; presenting tailored solutions; following up; managing the sales pipeline; onboarding carriers; and building long‑term relationships.
Requirements: prior U.S. trucking sales/dispatch/brokerage/factoring experience preferred, strong communication and negotiation skills, proven cold‑outreach ability, independent and target‑driven. This is a full‑time, 12‑month contract. Compensation: Rs65,00–Rs90,00/month plus high recurring commissions. Training and back‑office support provided.
