Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager, RHR to support HR operations, recruitment, compensation, and employee relations. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will assist with policy implementation, performance management, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate talent acquisition and onboarding;
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and rewards programs;
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support decision-making;
- Lead employee engagement and relations initiatives.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, minimum 3 years of HR experience, and strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Knowledge of labor law and HRIS is preferred. Join us to strengthen HR processes and promote a positive, collaborative workplace.
