Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service & Sales Supervisor to be the primary client contact and to lead 2–3 CS agents. You will manage multi-channel support (live chat, phone, email), handle inbound inquiries and outbound follow-ups, resolve order/return/product issues, collaborate with sales, logistics and technical teams, log all interactions in the CRM, and escalate unresolved cases while maintaining a customer-first attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 4 years in a similar role.
- Fluent English (written and verbal); comfortable across live chat, phone, and email.
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Full-time; Pay: up to Rs200,00/month. In-person.
