Job Description
National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST) seeks an experienced Manager for the Examination Cell. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree (HEC-recognized) in Education, Management, Computer Science, or a related field and have at least 12 years’ relevant university-level experience managing UG/PG programs and examinations.
Key responsibilities include overseeing examination operations, organizing MSE/ESE and PhD qualifying exams, maintaining student records, administering thesis evaluation via the Thesis Management System, coordinating with the main office and departments, enforcing Examination SOPs and disciplinary decisions, and supervising invigilation and faculty orientation. Strong administrative, leadership, written/oral communication skills, integrity, and proficiency with examination management software/ERP are required.
