Job Description
We are seeking a professional and courteous Call Center Representative to manage inbound customer inquiries, provide accurate product information, and resolve issues promptly while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Answer incoming calls and document interactions in the CRM.
- Escalate complex cases appropriately and meet performance targets.
- Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving skills, and patience.
- Minimum high school diploma; prior call center or customer service experience preferred; basic computer proficiency required.
