Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Regional HR Manager to support HR operations across multiple sites. This role will assist with talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, HR policy implementation, and local compliance. You will partner with regional managers to drive employee engagement, training programs, and workforce planning, and provide hands-on support to a growing regional team.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience
- Strong communication and analytical skills; ability to handle confidential information
- Knowledge of labor laws and local compliance
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office preferred
- Cultural sensitivity, problem-solving orientation, and collaborative mindset
