Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Grocery Department Supervisor to manage daily operations. This is a full-time, in-person, office-based role. Salary: PKR 40,00–60,00/month. 12-hour shifts; 4 leaves per month. Location: [Location].
- Oversee grocery staff, assign tasks, and maintain stock levels; monitor expirations and product quality.
- Coordinate supplier orders and deliveries; ensure accurate labeling, pricing, and attractive displays.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization, resolve customer complaints, monitor sales, and prepare daily reports.
Requirements: 2–3 years in grocery store management or related FMCG role, strong inventory control, customer service, communication, and time-management skills.
