Job Description

Hurak, a leading UK-based EdTech company, seeks a full-time, on-site Customer Support Representative in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. Shift: 1:30 PM–10:30 PM.

• Responsibilities: handle inquiries, requests, and complaints; manage classes, exam bookings, and certifications; deliver end-to-end customer service, take ownership of transactions, address objections, and enhance customer experience.
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience; excellent spoken and written English (US); 0–1 year experience—fresh graduates welcome.
• Job type: On-site, full-time. Applicants should be prepared for the specified shift and location.
