Job Description
We are seeking a Horticulture Program Officer for a 7‑month contract (Dec 2025–Jun 2026) based at Multan field sites. The officer will plan, implement, and monitor horticultural and green‑infrastructure activities; design plantation and maintenance protocols; coordinate with nurseries, agriculture departments, and universities; conduct community awareness sessions on climate‑smart horticulture; and record plant survival, soil data, and biodiversity impacts.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or Forestry.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in plantation, landscaping, or green‑infrastructure projects; donor‑funded program experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong community coordination, field monitoring, and reporting capabilities. One position; maximum age 40.
