Job Description
Power Highway seeks a Floor Supervisor to maintain an organized display floor and deliver exceptional customer service. The role requires attending to customers, presenting products, meeting primary and secondary sales targets, identifying customer needs, recommending solutions, and cross-selling when appropriate.
- Requirements: Minimum one year as a Marketing or Sales Executive, familiarity with quotation systems, strong English communication, basic IT proficiency, and analytical skills.
- Preferred: Experience in retail floor operations and demonstrated ability to lead by example.
