Job Description
Vire HR Solutions seeks a full-time, in-person Customer Support Representative (Chat) based in Gajjumatta, Ferozepur Road, Lahore. Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM.
Responsibilities include managing live chat and messaging, responding promptly and courteously, providing accurate product and service information, logging interactions, coordinating with internal teams, and handling multiple simultaneous chats while maintaining high-quality support.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong written communication, fast typing, and basic computer skills.
- Customer-focused problem solver with prior chat or customer support experience (mandatory).
