Job Description
Digital Solutions is seeking professional bilingual (Urdu/Punjabi) Call Center/Customer Service agents for an on-site role in Lahore. Compensation includes a fixed salary plus commission/bonus: Rs30,00–65,00/month. Part-time positions available; full-time candidates will also be considered.
- Qualifications: Matriculation to Graduation. Male and female applicants are welcome.
- Benefits & schedule: Saturdays and Sundays off. Lunch provided; pick-and-drop available for female staff.
- Responsibilities: handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, maintain accurate records, and communicate professionally. Basic computer skills required.
Requirements

- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
