Job Description
We are seeking an experienced TeleSales Manager to lead a team of X–Y agents. You will develop and implement telesales strategies and scripts, set and monitor KPIs, recruit, train and coach staff, manage CRM and call-quality standards, handle escalations, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve lead generation and conversion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum X years in telesales/inside sales; supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and coaching skills
- Proficient with CRM systems, MS Office, and data analysis
- Organized, target-driven, and detail-oriented
Job type: Full-time. Salary: Rs50,00–Rs100,00/month. Location: In person.
