Job Description
I&K Enterprises seeks a Production Supervisor for the Bulk Production Department at Sheikhupura Road, Lahore (Mughal Pura / Shahdara / Sheikhupura). The Supervisor will lead production teams to meet targets, plan workflows and resources, verify batch cards, monitor production and equipment to minimize downtime, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include coordination with QC/QA and Maintenance, maintaining production documentation, and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
- Experience: 4–5 years in production supervision
- Employment: Full‑time, on‑site (male candidates preferred)
- Attributes: strong leadership, clear communication, analytical problem solving, time management, quality and safety focus
- Compensation: PKR 50,00–60,00/month
