Job Description
We seek a diligent Facilities Supervisor to manage day-to-day building operations, maintenance, and safety programs. The role requires supervising technicians, coordinating vendors, and ensuring regulatory compliance while maintaining budgetary oversight.
- Lead and schedule preventive maintenance; oversee CMMS and inventory management.
- Coordinate external contractors, manage budgets, and enforce safety protocols.
- Requirements: 3+ years in facilities or building maintenance, proven leadership, strong technical troubleshooting, and excellent communication skills.
