Job Description
Venus Group seeks an energetic, results-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead and expand sales in assigned territories. The role requires developing and executing sales plans, managing distributors and retail networks, leading and motivating field teams, coordinating trade promotions with marketing, and monitoring competitor activity to grow market share.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business or Marketing; 5+ years in FMCG/food sales with 2+ years in a management role.
- Skills: strong distribution and retail knowledge, excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills; willingness to travel extensively.
