Job Description
Easylinks Technology seeks a motivated Telesales Executive for a 12-month contract. Compensation: basic salary + uncapped commission + TA/DA (Rs25,00–Rs40,00/month). Job types: Full-time, Internship, Contract, Commission. Office hours: 2 PM–10 PM (office-based).
Key requirements:
- Excellent English communication and CRM familiarity
- Sales-target driven, high school diploma
- Prior customer support or sales experience preferred
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to varied personalities
Responsibilities include managing high-volume outbound calls using scripts, identifying customer needs, resolving issues, converting opportunities into sales, and cultivating long-term customer relationships.
