Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Online Reputation Specialist to monitor and shape player sentiment across forums, streams, reviews, and social channels. You will track brand mentions, analyze community conversations, manage review visibility using SEO best practices, and coordinate rapid responses with PR and development teams during incidents. Produce clear reports with actionable insights and metrics to guide reputation strategy. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in gaming communities, excellent written communication, strong analytics skills, and the ability to manage reputation efforts in a fast-paced environment.
