Job Description
We are seeking a responsible Boiler Operator/Supervisor to oversee boiler operations and supervise support staff. Key duties include enforcing SOPs and safety protocols; maintaining hourly and daily logs for pressure, temperature, fuel consumption, and water treatment; coordinating steam demand with Dyeing & Printing; monitoring feed water quality; performing routine inspections and basic maintenance; responding to first‑level emergencies and escalating critical issues; and ensuring the boiler house remains clean and compliant with factory and environmental regulations.
- Preferred: Diploma/certificate in Boiler Operation, Mechanical, or Utilities; textile/process experience advantageous
- Shift-ready, calm under pressure, strong record-keeping, and clear basic communication
- Full-time, on-site. Salary: Rs40,00–Rs60,00/month
