Job Description
ZM Express Pvt Ltd is seeking a full-time Senior Sales Executive based in Saddar, Karachi (Gul Tijara, 6th Floor, 626). Salary: PKR 20,00–25,00/month plus commission.
- Identify and secure new courier and logistics clients; develop and maintain long-term relationships.
- Meet sales targets, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with operations teams.
- Monitor market trends and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance.
Requirements: 3–5 years of sales experience in courier/logistics, strong negotiation and communication skills, proficiency with CRM and MS Office, and a results-driven approach.
