Job Description
MedCare MSO, a U.S.-based healthcare IT company operating in Pakistan with 1,00+ staff, is seeking a full-time Business Development Associate to drive sales of Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) services. This on-site position is based in Malam, Lahore and requires night shift availability (7:00 PM–4:00 AM).
- Identify, qualify, and close CCM/RPM opportunities
- Conduct demos and clinical needs assessments
- Develop tailored proposals and achieve sales targets
- Coordinate onboarding with internal teams and maintain CRM records
Qualifications: 1–2 years of sales experience (healthcare preferred), strong CCM/RPM knowledge, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, CRM proficiency, and a bachelor’s degree.
