Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to plan, create, and optimize campaigns that increase engagement and drive conversions. You will develop segmented strategies, craft persuasive copy, design responsive templates, and evaluate performance through A/B testing and analytics.
- Responsibilities: campaign planning, segmentation, copywriting, template design, testing, and performance analysis.
- Requirements: 2+ years of email marketing experience; proficiency with ESPs (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo); strong copywriting; basic HTML/CSS; data-driven mindset; excellent communication and project management skills.
