Job Description
Berger Paints Pakistan seeks an experienced Territory Manager, Retail to lead trade sales of decorative paints, expand retail channels, and meet sales targets across an assigned territory. This full-time, in-person role offers competitive compensation and growth opportunities.
- Key responsibilities: trade sales management, retail channel development, territory planning, and retailer relationship building.
- Requirements: 4–5 years of trade sales experience in decorative paints, strong communication skills, proven sales planning and territory management. Bachelor’s degree required.
- Compensation: PKR 85,00–95,00/month plus incentives, benefits, and a car buyback program.
