Job Description
Leneur seeks a proactive, target-driven Business Development Executive to source prospects and grow B2B digital marketing sales. This is an in-person, 3-month contract role with pay of Rs25,00–Rs30,00/month, attractive commissions, and fuel allowance. Training provided; strong performers may be considered for permanent hire.
- Responsibilities: identify and pursue new clients; achieve KPIs; build long-term relationships; maintain sales records; monitor market trends; represent the company in client meetings.
- Requirements: proven B2B sales or business development experience (digital marketing preferred); basic understanding of social media, SEO, and websites; excellent communication and negotiation skills; results-oriented mindset.
