Job Description
Mars BPO is hiring an on-site Field Operations Coordinator located at 2nd Floor, Shafi Court, Club Road (near Avari Towers), Karachi. The role involves handling customer inquiries, coordinating daily field activities, maintaining client records, supporting operational strategies, and reporting performance metrics.
- Qualifications: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, basic MS Office proficiency, and readiness for on-site work. Customer service or field experience is a plus.
