Job Description
Prime BPO5 is seeking experienced Senior Customer Service Officers to join our US-night campaign. The role involves outbound sales, customer verification, and lead closings. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of US call center sales experience, excellent English communication, and strong closing and negotiation skills.
- Shift: Night (US hours)
- Salary: PKR 75,00–200,00 plus uncapped bonuses
- Benefits: Paid annual leave, career development, and training available for fresh graduates
- Type: Full-time, 12-month contract, in-person
