Job Description
XPLO DIGITAL seeks a proactive, hands‑on Marketing Executive to accelerate growth through influencer partnerships, social media content, and B2B outreach. The role includes identifying, onboarding, and managing influencers; designing and executing campaigns with measurable KPIs; producing Instagram Reels, posts, and Stories as well as TikTok content; and supporting email and LinkedIn outreach, lead management, and follow‑ups. You will maintain campaign reports, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights.
- Required: mid‑level Excel skills (basic formulas, lookups, data tracking, reporting)
- Employment: Full‑time; suitable for freshers
- Compensation: Rs80,00–Rs120,00/month
