Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to identify, research, and qualify sales prospects to support revenue growth. The successful candidate will develop targeted prospect lists, engage potential customers via email, phone, and social platforms, and deliver high-quality leads to the sales team.
- Prospect and research target markets; maintain accurate CRM records.
- Engage leads through outreach campaigns and follow-up communications.
- Coordinate with sales to ensure smooth lead handover and track conversion metrics.
- Provide regular reports and meet established lead generation targets.
