Job Description
Lead the Power Generation & Utilities function across EMEA, shaping strategy and overseeing operations of generation assets and utility systems. Ensure reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance while managing budgets and capital projects. Drive renewable integration and continuous improvement to optimize plant efficiency. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and local stakeholders to deliver sustainable, cost‑effective solutions. Report to the Senior Vice President and recruit, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams to achieve regional energy objectives.
- Requirements: Engineering degree; 10+ years in power generation or utilities
- Proven leadership, strong financial acumen, and willingness to travel
