Job Description
De Media Solutions seeks a motivated Customer Service Representative for our DHA Phase 6 branch. You will manage customer inquiries by phone, message, and in person; provide accurate product and service information; resolve complaints professionally; maintain and update customer records; and collaborate with internal teams to ensure satisfaction.
- Qualifications: Intermediate or Bachelor’s preferred; strong verbal and written English; basic MS Office/CRM skills.
- Experience: Prior customer service experience is a plus. Must demonstrate a positive, solution‑oriented attitude and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, full‑time, in‑person environment.
- Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary Rs50,00–Rs60,00/month, training, and career growth opportunities.
