Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, lead a small team, and ensure outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, preparing schedules, managing inventory, executing visual merchandising, operating the POS, and helping achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate has at least two years of retail supervisory experience, strong communication skills, basic math and POS proficiency, and availability for varied shifts.
