Alestra Solutions is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Representative to build lasting customer advocacy. This full-time, in-person role is based in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad, with rotational shifts. Salary is negotiable (Rs80,00–Rs150,00/month).

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve product, pricing, and availability inquiries and coordinate with internal teams.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records.

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years relevant experience, excellent chat etiquette, and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively.
