Job Description
Star Fabrics seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations and ensure effective people management across the organization.
- Administer HR policies; manage recruitment, selection, and hiring-process improvements.
- Monitor HR metrics (turnover, cost-per-hire); oversee attendance, payroll, HRIS, and employee records.
- Handle grievances, conduct exit interviews, set HR team objectives, and review departmental budgets.
- Ensure timely responses to employee requests and maintain compliance with labor practices.
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR (or equivalent) and 8–10 years of HR experience. Full-time, on-site position. Salary: Rs100,00–Rs120,00/month.
